The thesis conducted a theoretical and legislative analysis of the tools available for challenging the far-right and its manifestations both online and offline. This analysis was effectuated through the prisms of freedom of expression, freedom of association and freedom of assembly, looked at through the lens of theories such as militant democracy and critical race theory. Through the above analysis, a comparative assessment of how international, European and national law (England and Wales and Greece) challenges the far-right was effectuated.
